摘    要:抽水蓄能电站施工占地范围大,地形复杂,水保监管难度大.而传统水保监测手段主要依靠人工现场调查,耗时耗力,急需引入一种新的技术手段进行抽水蓄能电站水土保持监管.在国家放管服政策实施下,利用以高分系列卫星为主,结合World View遥感卫星的多星协同技术,对平江抽水蓄能电站施工阶段进行扰动面积、施工道路及水保措施的监测....

Abstract:The construction of pumped storage power station covers a large area,and the terrain is complex,so it is difficult to supervise the water and soil conservation However,the traditional monitoring methods of water and soil conservation mainly rely on manual field investigation,which is time-consuming and labor-intensive Therefore,it is urgent to introduce a new technical means for water and soil conservation supervision in pumped storage power station Under the implementation of the national policies regarding optimizing services of governments,the disturbance range,construction road and water and soil conservation measures of Pingjiang pumped storage power station during the construction stage are monitored by multi-satellite collaboration technology including Gaofen-series satellites and World View remote sensing satellite The results show that using multi-satellite collaboration technology for multi-frequency water and soil conservation supervision in Pingjiang pumped storage power station,the obtained extraction accuracy of disturbance area is more than 95%,construction road length is more than 95%,and the width is more than 90%,which all satisfy the needs of the project In addition, it can timely nd and solve the problems of water and soil conservation at the construction site,effectively reduce potential safety hazards,protect water and soil,and ensure the smooth progress of power station construction,which has certain guiding signi cance for the safe construction of pumped-storage power stations
