| 摘 要： | 校园计算机网络是大学校园重要的公共服务体系，担当着人才培养、科研开发、信息资源建设等角色。校园网的建设与发展需要精心规划、慎重实施、通力合作，这样才能提高网络应用水平，实现丰富 的网管策略，提高网络运行质量，充分实现网络的利用和增值。

The building and developing of campus network need careful designing, gingerly implementation and cooperation. In this way we can improve the network application, realize a full using and appreciation of network. |
