摘    要:对无铅压电陶瓷0.94(Na0.96-xKxLi0.04)0.5Bi0.5]TiO3-0.06Ba(Zr0.055Ti0.945)O3的性质随K含量的变化进行了系统研究,获得压电应变常数d33高达185pC/N的0.94(Na0.80K0.16Li0.04)0.5-Bi0.5]TiO3-0.06Ba(Zr0.055Ti0.945)O3压电陶瓷.随着K掺杂量的增加,该陶瓷材料的介电温谱峰值向右明显移动,其介电峰温度明显升高.

Abstract:Lead-free piezoelectric ceramics 0.94(Na_(0.96-x)K_xLi_(0.04))_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)]TiO_3-0.06Ba(Zr_(0.055)Ti_(0.945))O_3 were fabricated with the variation of K content and their dielectric and piezoelectric characteristics were also investigated.The 0.94(Na_(0.80)K_(0.16)Li_(0.04))_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)]TiO_3-0.06Ba(Zr_(0.055)Ti_(0.945))O_3 ceramics with a piezoelectric strain constant d_(33) as high as 185 pC/N are obtained.The results show that the peak in the dielectric constant curve versus temperature moves rightward with the increase of K content.Accordingly,the temperature corresponding to maximum dielectric constant for the ceramics increases slightly.
