辐射式铁心饼电抗器涡流特性的仿真分析

摘    要:采用有限元软件Ansoft Maxwell中的涡流场求解器,对辐射状铁心饼表面的涡流进行了电磁仿真分析。通过在建模阶段对关键的几何部分进行细化,使模型体现了辐射铁心饼所特有的层叠排列结构。并将其与普通铁心饼在相同外部条件下进行对比仿真分析,得到了各铁心饼表面的电流密度分布以及电抗器气隙部分的磁场分布。仿真结果符合理论预期,验证了模型的正确性与有效性,由此表明辐射状层叠结构的铁心饼可明显减弱其表面涡流,降低涡流损耗。研究结果对于工频大容量电抗器或变压器的设计具有一定的理论指导意义。

Abstract:The eddy current on radial core’s surface is analyzed by eddy current solver in Ansoft Maxwell. By detailing critical geometrical components during modeling, the specific laminate structure of radial core is embodied in the whole model. And the comparison simulation in same external conditions is computed to obtain the distribution of current density on core’s surface and field distribution near the air gap. The result of simulation corresponded the theoretical prediction which substantiates the correctness and feasibility of the model, and it reveals that the radial core can significantly confine eddy current on surface and reduce the power loss of reactors. Therefore the result has application value and direction on theory in the design of reactor or transformer with large capacity.
