| 摘 要： | 通过对HPF法脱硫的主要工艺参数进行实验研究,得到这些参数与脱硫效率的关系,并依据实验结果对现有工艺从脱硫液的再生过程、煤气及脱硫液温度控制、催化剂浓度控制、煤气中的氨硫比等方面进行调整,使煤气的脱硫效率达到最佳范围,满足生产及环保要求。

Improving Coke Oven Gas De sulfurization Efficiency by Adjusting the Process Parameters |

| Abstract: | Through experimental research on the main process parameters of HPF desulphurization , the relationship be-tween these parameters and the desulfurization efficiency is obtained .Based on experimental results of existing process , ad-justments to current process are made from desulfurizing solution regeneration process , temperature control of gas and desul-furation liquid, catalyst concentration control , ratio of ammonia to sulfur in the gas .The gas desulfurization efficiency rea-ches the optimal range , meeting the requirements of production and environmental protection . |
