摘    要:针对攀枝花某选钛厂分级机溢流颗粒粒度细,含泥量高的特点,采用脱泥和剪切絮凝结合的浮选工艺流程,以MOH为捕收剂,硫酸、水玻璃用量为调整剂,剪切时间为40 min,较好的实现了该微细颗粒钛铁矿回收,最终达到了钛精矿Ti O_2品位为18.86%,回收率为73.60%较好浮选指标。

Rre earch on the Flotation of Some Micro-fine Ilm enite
Abstract:The classifier’ s overflow from a Panzhihua Titanium concentration plant consists mainly of fine particles and the clay content of the overflow is high.Given these characteristics, a flotation method which combined desliming and shear-flocculation was adopted, with MOH as collector and sulfuric acid, sodium silicate as regulators.The shearing time was set at 40 minutes.A good flotation result was realized. The titanium concentrate grade is 18.86%for TiO2 and the recovery is 73.60%.
