微波加热在含碳球团中应用的研究

摘    要:论述了微波加热含碳球团基本原理和应用效果。赤铁矿和磁铁矿是吸收微波的良好介质,活性碳和焦炭也能较好地吸收微波。含水的粘结剂(水泥)能提高含碳球团吸收微波的效果和升温速度。并提出了微波加热技术在含碳球团中应用亟待解决的问题。

Abstract:The basic principle and application of the microwave heating of pellets containing coal are discussed in the paper. Hematite and magnetite are good media of microwave absorption. Charcoal and coke are also relatively good media for microwave absorption. Binder containing water can increase the microwave absorption effetiveness and heating rate of the pellets containing coal. Some problems on the microwave heating of pellets containing coal are presented.
