水培条件下水肥耦合对水稻根系形态及其活力的影响

摘    要:2004年在水培条件下,以杂交灿稻汕优63为材料,开展了不同生育阶段水肥耦合对水稻根系形态及其活力影响的研究。试验结果表明:高氮水平下,水稻不定根根数随着胁迫阶段的增加呈现出先升后降的趋势,低氮水平下,不定根根数的变化恰恰与之相反,而最长根长随胁迫阶段的变化则与氮肥用量无关;高氮处理下的根干重大于相应的低氮处理,适度水分胁迫有利于增加根干重;不同水肥耦合处理的有效吸水根系密度分布可用指数形式来拟合,其相关系数高达0.93;合理的水肥搭配有助于维持水稻的根系活力,延缓根系衰老。

Abstract:Effects of coupling of water and fertilizer under solution culture on morphological characteristics and activities of the root of rice Shanyou 63 were studied in 2004, and the phases of water force were considered. Results showed that: under high nitrogen fertilizer, the numbers of rice root increase at first and then dcrease with the increasement of the phases of water force; under low nitrogen fertilizer, the regulation is exactly opposite to the above, and the diversification of the length of longest root is foreign to the consumption of nitrogen fertilizer. Under high nitrogen fertilizer, the dry weight of root is bigger than that under low nitrogen fertilizer, the moderate water force is favourable to the increasement of the dry weight of root. Under the different coupling of water and fertilizer, the distribution of root density can be fitted with exponential curve, its correlative coefficient is high to 0.93. The rational combination of water and fertilizer is helpfut for maintaining the root activity and postponing the senility of the root.
