| 摘 要： | 文章综述了一些发达国家塑料光纤、塑料光缆、光电器件、接续方法和传输试验系统的最新研究情况.由于氟化聚合物梯度折射率分布塑料光纤具有衰减低、带宽宽和价格便宜等特点,故其在短距离、高速率传送中逐渐得到应用.文章阐述了降低塑料光纤衰减和提高塑料光纤带宽的具体措施.同时,也描述了构建塑料光纤传输系统所用的光缆结构、接续方法和光收发模块.传输试验证明,塑料光纤是短距离、高速率传送的最佳传输媒质.
