摘    要:四川现有电源组成以水电为主,而水电中以径流式的电站居多,表现出供电丰水期富裕、枯水期紧张的结构性矛盾。雅砻江水能资源具有调节性能好、技术经济指标优越等特点,应加快雅砻江水能资源特别是中下游河段具有良好调节性能的两河口、锦屏等水电站电源点的开发建设。

Abstract:The existing power plants in Sichuan Province are mainly composed of hydropower ones among which run-off power stations prevail. This caused the structural conflict in power system operation, that is, the power supply in flood season exceeds the demand while in dry season power shortage occurs. The hydropower resources in Yalong river have the advantages of strong regulative ability and good technical-economic indicators, thus it is imperative to accelerate the hydropower resources development of Yalong river, especially the development like Lianghekou and Jinping power station which have the best regulative ability.
