我厂回转窑支承装置的检修

山东东华水泥有限公司2500t／d生产线回转窑多次出现烧瓦、翻瓦事故，对此重点进行了托轮组检修，窑中心线、开式齿轮传动装置检测。对于托轮组，刮研打磨托轮轴和托轮瓦以及球面瓦直至达到图纸要求；分别在水平和垂直方向检测窑中心线。结果显示，窑中心线误差在1．5mm范围内，齿轮传动装置各测量结果在规定的范围内，均符合安装标准。

Examine and repair the supporter of rotatoryl kiln

Malfunction as sintered bush and turning over bush occured frequently in rotary kiln of 2 500 t/d production line of Shandong Donghua Cement Co.,Ltd, so they examined and repaired the supporting rollers, detected kiln central line and actuating device of open gear wheel. For supporting rollers, scraped and burnished roller shaft, bush and the spherical bush to meet the requirement blueprint ; And detected central line at vertical and horizontal direction respectively, the results showed, the central line error was limited in 1.5 mm and the detecting results of gear actuating device were in the set range, according with the installation criterion.
