桁架式自行抹面机在南水北调渠道衬砌工程中的应用

针对国内现有渠道振捣滑模式衬砌机在渠坡混凝土外观质量控制上存在一定局限性,南水北调中线安阳段三标通过对抹面机力学模型的分析,自行设计,成功制作了桁架式自行抹面机并投入运行。实践证明,本机对南水北调渠道衬砌工程有很强的实用性,工程质量良好,经济效果明显。对其他陆续展开建设的南水北调工程,也有借鉴意义,可在后续的工程建设中发挥更大的作用。

Applications of Truss Type Auto-f'mishing Machine in Channel Lining of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project

As the domestic vibration slip lining machine have some limitations in the appearance quality of concrete, it analyzed the mechanical model of the finishing machine and self-designed & manufactured a truss type auto-finishing machine and used it in the Anyang 3rd section in mid-dle route of the South-to-North Water Transfers Project. It proved that the machine is suitable to channel lining in the South-to-North Water Transfers Project with good quality and significant economic effects. It not only can provide reference for latter construction of other South-to-North Water Transfers Project,but also can play a greater role in the follow-up of the project construction.
