摘    要:针对随机振动下某器件加速度响应过大的情况,设计了2 款无阻尼梁式动力吸振器。以器件上最大加速度响应有效值最小化为减振设计目标,以吸振器安装位置、尺寸等参数为设计变量,对吸振器进行优化设计,比较了不同材料、不同形式吸振器的减振效果。研究结果表明,梁式吸振器结构简单,质量比小,在不改变印制板布局的前提下,能显著减小器件的加速度有效值。

Abstract:Two types of undamped beam-type dynamic vibration absorber are designed for reducing the excessive acceleration response of a device under random vibration. Taking the minimization of the effective value of maximum acceleration response on the device as the objective of vibration reduction design, and location, size and other parameters of the vibration absorber as the design variables, the optimization design of the vibration absorber is carried out. The damping effects of vibration absorbers with different materials and forms are compared. Research results show that the beam-type vibration absorber has simple structure and low mass ratio,and can significantly reduce the acceleration effective value of the device without changing the layout of the printed board.
