基于CAN总线的故障诊断模块设计

摘    要:为了提高发动机标定的工作效率,在不影响数据采集的前提下,基于LabVIEW开发了一款上位机软件,该软件可以实时读取与解析不同厂家发动机故障码、发送诊断命令和显示故障内容。软件基于模块化的思想设计,具有较好的可扩展性。通过将Structure文件与源程序分离,实现了自由切换不同PCODE码与相关指令的功能。实际应用表明,该系统实现了对不同机型ECU的通信连接和故障码的读取与解析。

Abstract:In order to improve the working efficiency of engine calibration,it is necessary to develop a PC software that can read and parse engine fault codes of different manufacturers,send diagnostic command,and display fault contents without affecting data acquisition.The software is based on modular design and has good scalability.The function of freely switching between different PCODE codes and related instructions is realized by separating the Structure files from the source program.The practical application shows that the system realizes the communication connection and the fault codes reading and analysis of different model ECUs.
