| 摘 要： | 考察了石蜡油用量对三元乙丙橡胶硫化特性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,与未充油EPDM胶料相比,充油胶料最小扭矩与最大扭矩下降。随着石蜡油用量的增大,这一趋势更加明显。随着石蜡油用量的增大,充油EPDM胶料中填料分散性变好,硫化胶拉伸强度和硬度均明显下降;老化后拉伸强度增大,石蜡油用量多于7份时,拉伸强度减小,硬度增大。

| Abstract: | Effect of paraffin oil content on curing characteristics and mechanical properties of EPDM were investigated.The results showed that comparated with the unfilled EPDM,the minimum torque and maximum torque of the oil-filled EPDM decreased,the trend became more obvious with the increase of paraffin oil content.The dispersion of filler of the oil-filled EPDM became good,the tensile strength and hardness of the vulcanizate significantly decreased with the increase of paraffin oil content.The tensile strength increased after aging.The tensile strength decreased when paraffin oil content was more than 7 phr,and the hardness increased. |
