摘    要:某大型电子设备规模大、保障条件要求高,难以按常规需求在试验室条件下通过可靠性鉴定试验,并对其可靠性指标进行考核.在对该型设备正样机海上试验技术状态和应力剖面进行细致分析的基础上,采用现场数据统计的方法,完成了其可靠性指标考核.

Abstract:The reliability index of a large electronic equipment can hardly be assessed under the regular laboratory condition with its high requirement for logistic support. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the technical state and stress profile of the sea test of the prototype, the field data statistics was used to complete the test of the reliability index.
