| 摘 要： | 采用微波消解ICP-MS电感耦合等离子体质谱法对广西不同产地4种中药材中Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu、As、Hg、S b、Sn等8种重金属的含量分析测定,研究了广西中药重金属空间分布特征及草药中重金属含量状况。结果表明,各元素线性良好,相关系数均>0.9992;相对标准偏差(n=11)≤3.6%;八种重金属元素检出限范围为0.0001～0.003μg/L。研究发现同种药材不同产地的重金属含量差异较大,部分产地金银花中镉含量超标严重,需引起重视。

| Abstract: | The contents of Pb,Cd,Cr,Cu,As,Hg,Sb,Sn in traditional Chinese medicine from different habitat s were determined.and the distribution characteristics of different herbal medicines were studied and discussed as well.A good linear relationship was obtained,the limits of detections were in the range of 0.0001~0.003μg·L-1,r≥0.9992,RSD≤3.6%;The results indicated that the contents of heavy metals are quite different in the same kind of herb from different origins.It should be paid more attention to that the contents of cadmium in honeysuckle from parts Habitat are serious over standard. |
