摘    要:介绍了鞍钢在高炉综合喷吹技术领域进行的一系列探索和实践,包括喷吹褐煤、喷吹高炉除尘灰、喷煤中添加助燃剂、喷吹焦炉煤气等,结合实验室研究或工业试验探讨了相关技术的优缺点,并考察了对高炉喷吹工艺的影响以及高炉炉况变化。研究表明,相关技术具有工业可行性,并能给高炉生产取得良好技术指标创造条件,为钢铁企业实现进一步节能减排、降本增效积累了经验。

Abstract:A series of explorations and practice on comprehensive injection technology for a blast furnace in Angang are introduced, including technologies such as injecting lignite, injecting blast furnace dust, adding combustion-supporting agent in pulverized coal, injecting coke oven gas. Advantages and disadvantages of these related technologies are studied based on the laboratory research and industry test. And also the influence of these injection technologies on blast furnace injecting process and changes of the blast furnace condition are investigated. The study results show that some related injection technologies can be applied in ironmaking by the blast furnace, which can also offer some conditions for ironmaking by blast furnace to get better good technical indicators and accumulate some experiences in energy saving, cost cutting and benefit increasing for steel enterprises in China.
