国内外小井眼井钻采技术的发展现状

摘    要:采用小井眼井大幅度地降低低渗透、特低渗透气田的开发成本,来提高我国该类气田的开发经济效益显得十分紧迫和非常必要。为此,在调研国内外相关小井眼井钻采技术的基础上,介绍了国内外小井眼井钻采技术的发展现状:包括国外小井眼井钻完井技术和井下工具的配套,小井眼井排水采气及增产改造等技术的现场应用效果;国内小井眼井钻井技术,小井眼井增产改造和配套工艺研究及现场应用效果;国外小井眼井的井下工具已基本配套,而国内井下工具仍需进一步配套完善。进一步提出了结合国内小井眼井钻采技术现状,尽快开展后续工艺和井下工具的配套研究,建议中国石油天然气集团公司在长庆苏里格等气区划出试验区块,开展小井眼井系列技术的现场试验,以促进小井眼井技术的整体配套和完善。

Abstract:It is urgent and necessary to drill slim holes to reduce the development cost of gas fields with low and extremely low permeability, which can therefore improve the economic profits of those special gas fields. Based on the in depth investigation into the slim hole drilling and completion technology at home and abroad, the status quo and the application of slim hole drilling and production technology both in China and in the world are introduced, including the slim hole drilling and completion technology and the matching downhole facilities, the application results of the slim hole dewatering gas production and stimulation technology at abroad; the slim hole drilling technology and the research/application results of the slim hole drilling and the stimulation technology in China. Then a conclusion is drawn that a complete series of matching downhole facilities have been fully developed in the world, while in China further development is demanded. Finally a suggestion is made that the development of complete slim hole technology be quickened and that the CNPC take the Sulige Gasfield as a pilot area for field test.
