| Abstract: | Based on analysis of the present situation of logistics management of construction enterprises, this paper put foreword some suggestions on how to strengthen logistics management in order to reduce engineering cost.These suggestions are practical for construction enterprises to make more economic returns and to boost the competitive ability of enterprises. |
