摘    要:硅酸盐是一种环保型的缓蚀剂,研究水溶液中硅酸盐与碳钢表面氧化物的相互作用对硅酸盐的实际应用有较大的指导意义,通过极化曲线测量法研究了水溶液中Fe/FeOOH/Na2SiO3电化学动力学参数,并利用X光衍射法与扫描电镜法探讨了硅酸盐水溶液处理对碳钢表面氧化物形态变化的影响,结果表明,在Fe/FeOOH/Na2SiO3体系中,硅酸钠吸附在碳钢表面羟基氧化物上,反应生成了新的物质,形成了较为致密的缓蚀膜,可同时抑制碳钢的阴,阳极反应,且对阴极的抑制作用较强。

Abstract:Silicate is a kind of environmenta friendly corrosion inhibitors. It has great guidance significance for its appliction in industrial water treatment to study the interation between silicate and the surface oxide on carbon steel in aqueous solution. By the method of polarization curve, the electrochemical parameters in the system of Fe/FeOOH/Na 2SiO 3 were measured. The effects on the state of surface oxide of carbon steel treated with silicate aqueous solution was studied with XRD and SEM as well. The test results showed that a new substance was formed by the surface adsorption reaction between silicated and hydroxyl ferric oxide, the corrosion inhibition film formed in this reaction was much more compacted than that formed without pretreated surface hydrate oxides. It can inhibit both anodic and cathodic reaction, especially for cathodic process.
