光纤传感器中光源的驱动与控制

摘    要:基于分布反馈式半导体激光二极管(DFB LD)中的注入电流、有源区温度与输出光功率、输出光波长等特性关系的分析,设计出了一整套高精度、高性能的光纤传感器光源驱动技术方案。该方案通过采用恒流源、有源区温度控制以及波长锁定等技术方法来实现DFB LD的稳频驱动及控制。试验表明,该方案可使得激光器的注入电流控制精度优于0.05%,温度控制精度达0.01℃,输出光谱线宽度〈0.2nm.此方案可广泛应用于光纤传感及通信等相关场合。

Abstract:Based on the investigation of the character and relationship between injection current,temperature of active area and output power,output wavelength of DFB LD,a high precision and high performance scheme for driving light source of fiber optic sensor was designed.The frequency of DFB LD was driven and controlled through such technology as constant current,temperature control in active area,wavelength lock and etc.Experiments shown that the project has yield an injection current precision as high as 0.05%,a temperature control precision of 0.01~(o)C,a output breadth of spectrum line less than 0.2 nm.It can be widely used in the field of fiber optic communications,sensing technique and so on.
