表面改性对尼龙6/云母复合材料性能的影响

摘    要:选用硅烷偶联剂对云母进行表面改性,以改善其在尼龙6中的分散性。利用热失重分析仪(TG)表征了尼龙6/云母复合材料的热性能,研究了表面改性条件对尼龙6/云母复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:在硅烷偶联剂用量为2.5%,表面改性时间为30 min,表面改性温度为85℃的条件下,尼龙6/云母复合材料的综合力学性能较好;云母的表面改性有助于提高尼龙6/云母复合材料的热稳定性。

Abstract:Mica was modified by silane coupling agent in order to improve its dispersion in nylon 6.Thermal property of nylon 6/mica composite was analyzed by TG.The effects of conditions of surface modification on mechanical property of nylon 6/mica composite were studied.The results show that the comprehensive mechanical property of nylon 6/mica composite is best when mica is modified by 2.5% silane coupling agent for 30 min at 85℃.The surface modification of mica is beneficial to improve thermal stability of nylon 6/mica composite.
