| 摘 要： | 微波消解技术是近年来发展迅速的一项新的样品前处理技术。与传统的加热，力口压消解、强酸消解等方法相比，虽然微波消解法不是国标方法．但它具有操作简单、安全快速、消解完全等优点。文章采用微波消解法测定不同类型水样中的总磷，并与国标方法中的高温高压一过硫酸钾消解法进行比对试验。结果表明，两种方法测定的结果具有一致性，说明微波消解法测定水中总磷具是一种准确可行的方法。
