锰矿酸浸渣静态吸附钒的研究

摘    要:研究锰矿酸浸渣对溶液中钒的静态吸附性能.实验考察了溶液初始pH、锰矿酸浸渣量和吸附时间对钒的去除率的影响.实验结果表明:在钒溶液初始浓度为200 mg/L的前提下,溶液pH 5.5,锰矿酸浸渣量2g,吸附时间4d时,吸附效果最佳,达到国家允许排放一级标准以下.锰矿酸浸渣对钒的等温吸附符合Langmuir方程,为化学吸附...

Abstract:The static adsorption capability of acid leaching residue of manganese ore to vanadium solution was studied.The influences of initial pH value of solution,the quanity of adsorbent and adsorption time on the adsorption rate of vanadium were investigated.The results showed that the removal effect of vanadium was optimal when the initial pH value of solution was 5.5,the quanity of adsorbent 2 g and adsorption time 4 d with the initial concentration of vanadium solution was 200 mg/L.The concentration of vanadiu...
