活性炭协同Fenton氧化处理兰炭废水生化出水的研究

摘    要:采用活性炭协同Fenton氧化的方法深度处理兰炭废水生化出水,讨论了pH、H2O2投加量、硫酸亚铁投加量、反应时间,活性炭投加量对COD去除率的影响。结果表明:pH为4,H2O2(30%)投加量为2.4mL/L,FeSO4-7H2O投加量为200mg几,反应时间为30min,活性炭投加景为3g/L时,COD去除率最高,达到国家一级排放要求。

Abstract:The treatment of the biological treated of Lantan wastewater by fenton reagent oxidation cooperated with active carbon was studied. The factors having effects on COD removal of Lantan wastewater by fenton oxidation cooperated with active carbon, such as pH, H2O2 (30 %)dosage, FeSO4-7H2O dosage, reaction time, active carbon dosage and the way of putting in were discussed. In the optimistic conditions 85 % of COD removal was achieved at pH=4, H2O2(30 %)=2.4 mL/L, FeSO4.7H2O=200 mg/L, t=30 min, mass concentration of active carbon put at the same time of fenton oxidation was 3 g/L, the treated water reached the first-grade discharge standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
