汽轮机油中进水原因分析及处理

兖矿国泰化工有限公司50 MW汽轮发电机组,由于蒸汽量不足和生产系统负荷变化,机组长期处于较低负荷并且开停车及负荷大范围调整较为频繁,近两年透平油箱出现进水现象,其主要原因为冷油器渗漏和前汽封损坏造成漏汽进入机头箱。为此,笔者将机组在油中进水方面存在的问题及解决方法进行了总结,为其它类似机组的调试、运行提供借鉴。
