循环全回流间歇精馏控制方法的试验研究

摘    要:提出了采用塔顶和塔中温度控制进行操作状态转换的循环全回流间歇精馏控制方法,并以异丙醇-正丙醇为试验物系进行了试验研究。结果表明,用塔顶和塔中温度控制动态累积全回流-全采出的状态切换是完全可行的。此外,引入塔中温度控制使产品数量、质量及操作时间优于单独用塔顶温度控制,并且双温度控制操作弹性更高。

Abstract:A controlling method of total reflux by introducing temperatures of middle part and top part in batch distillation column was proposed and isopropyl alcohol and n-propyl alcohol was used to conduct the experimental study of this operation. The result indicates that the state switch of total reflux and total withdraw by controlling double-temperature in dynamic accumulation process is completely feasible. Furthermore, introducing the controlling point of middle part temperature in column makes the quantity and quality of production better than that of the method only using top part temperature, and it makes controlling operation more flexible.
