大型混流式分瓣转轮叶片数控加工及焊接工艺研究

摘    要:以漫湾分瓣转轮制造为依托,针对大型混流式分瓣转轮叶片数控加工及转轮焊接的工艺进行研究,提出了一种新的分瓣叶片的加工和分瓣转轮焊接工艺方法,从而提高了转轮的焊接质量,缩短了加工周期,节约了加工成本。

Abstract:With the split runner of Manwan Francis turbine as the base,this paper researches the process of blade NC machining and welding split runner,and suggests the new process of machining blade and welding split runner,which improves the quality of welding,shortens process time and saves the cost of manufacturing.
