摘    要:针对齐鲁股份有限公司橡胶厂原用轴封存在密封介质泄漏严重、使用寿命短、严重影响工艺生产等缺憾,在逐步分析并消除可能产生泄漏的诸多原因的基础上,研制开发适用作该压缩机轴封的新型非接触式机械密封。具有泄漏量明显下降、密封端面摩擦磨损甚微、工作状态稳定可靠、运行费用明显减少等系列优势。

Abstract:In accordance with the shortcomings existed in original shaft seal of Qi Lu petrochemical company rubber plant,such as; serious leakage of medium,low service life and affected seriously the process production etc. ,on the basis of analysis and eliminating step by step on many factors that might occur leakage, a new non-contact type mechanical seal, that was suited to use on that compressor shaft seal, was developed. It had the series advantages: the leakage quantity was obviously decreased, the friction wear of sealing end face was slight,the working condition was stable and reliable, the operation cost was decreased. etc.
