摘    要:本文考察微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法快速测定海洋沉积物中的Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Pb元素的方法。结果表明:4mLHNO_3-0.3 mLHF混合酸体系消解样品后,加入H_3BO_3饱和溶液络合反应剩余HF的试验方法对沉积物以及土壤消解取得满意的效果;水系沉积物,海洋沉积物以及土壤等11种国家标准物质的测定结果表明:该方法快速简便、准确度高,各元素检出限在0.017~0.64ng/g之间,是一种多类型沉积物以及土壤样品中多元素同时测定的有效方法。

Abstract:A method was studied for quick determination of Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Pb in sediment by using microwave digestion- ICP-MS.Large numbers of experiment indicate.The mixture of 4mL HNO_3-0.3mL HF,and H_3BO_3 saturation solution was found to give the best digestion results towards sediment type of samples.Satisfactory results for 11 kinds of national standard reference materials are obtained.The method is rapid and simple,with high accuracy and can be widely applied to the determination of sediment samples which include water system sediment, ocean sediment and soil.The method detection limits for 5 multi-elements were between 0.017~0.64 ng/g .
