| 摘 要： | 为了解决工业现场设备通信电缆不利于组装和维护,提出了利用ZigBee网关将所有设备组成无线网络实现无线通信。利用ZigBee协议栈应用层完成协议数据转换,基于地址映射表完成MODBUS站号和无线网络地址的匹配,实现MODBUS和无线网络的网关功能,完成数据透明传输。实际测试表明,无线模块的发射功率、接受灵敏度、通信距离、误包率、速度满足工业应用的实时性安全性要求,改进网络性能比传统网络大大提升,已应用于实际PLC通信和参数配置中,可代替传统通信方式。
