煤质自适应控制在超临界机组的应用

摘    要:对超临界W火焰机组煤质自适应控制技术进行了研究,提出了快速的煤质热值软测量方法和燃料与给水等调节的煤质自适应校正方法,改进和优化了基于直接能量平衡(DEB)协调控制方法,结合采用经典方法构造的热量信号,实现了超临界机组的煤质自适应控制,保证了机组主参数调节的稳定性,提高了控制系统对煤质变化的鲁棒性.

Abstract:Researched the Supercritical W - shape Flame Boiler Unit coal adaptive control technology, proposed coal calorific value soft measurement method and fuel and water regulation of coal self adaptive method, improved the coordination control method based on direct energy balance ( DEB ), realized the self - adaptive coal control of supercritical unit by combining with the heat signal constructed by using the classical method, guaranteed the stability of the main parameters of the unit control, and improved the ro- bustness of the control system on the coal quality variation.
