| 摘 要： | 阐述了土地房产GIS基础数据建库中数据采集的过程 ,介绍了采用的数字化软件TDIGIT的功能及特点 ,具体说明了数字化过程中包括面积调整和数据检查等方面的质量控制措施 ,对土地房产GIS基础数据的采集提出了有效的质量控制方法。
