| 摘 要： | 随机发生的机床故障能否及时得到维修直接影响企业生产活动。文章提出利用电子表格建立机床维修的仿真模型。在分析电子表格适用于仿真活动的基础上,详细说明机床维修仿真建模过程并进行仿真试验,通过仿真试验获得了机床维修的一些关键性能指标,从而说明电子表格是一种快速高效的仿真建模及分析工具。

| Abstract: | Randomly happening of Machine failure affect heavily to firm's production activity.A simulation model for machine repairing is presented in this paper on the software platform of Spreadsheet.Based on the analysis of spreadsheet functions,we point out that spreadsheet is suitable for simulation activity.The whole simulation modeling procedure for machine repairing is described in a detail way and simulation experiments are conducted.Key performance parameters are gained from the simulation results.It is concluded that spreadsheet is a effective and quick tool for simulation and analysis. |
