高填充Al2O3-聚丙烯酰胺复合材料的摩擦学特性

摘    要:利用凝胶注模方法可以制备出高填充含量的Al2O3-聚丙烯酰胺复合材料。考察了PTFE对高填充聚合物复合材料摩擦学性能的影响,并对复合材料的磨损机理进行了探讨。研究表明.在适当高的填充条件下.复合材料的力学性能和摩擦磨损性能可以得到一定的改善,PTFE的填充将降低Al2O3-聚丙烯酰胺复合材料的力学性能,并使材料的摩擦系数有所增大;但是复合材料的耐磨特性可以得到显著改善。高填充含量的PTFE-Al2O3聚丙烯酰胺复合材料表现出了摩阻材料特性。Al2O3-聚丙烯酰胺复合材料的磨损主要表现为磨粒磨损特征。

Abstract:High content alumina filled polyacrylamide composites were prepared by gelcasting. The influence of PTFE to the tribological characteristics of the composites was investigated and the mechanism of friction and wear was also discussed. Experimental results show that, mechanical and tribological characteristics of the composites improve considerably with a appropriate alumina content After the addition of PTFE, mechanical properties decrease, and friction coefficient increase while wear property has a significant improvement. Highly filled PTFE-Al_2O_3-polyacrylamide composites bears characteristics of wear-resist materials. The wear behavior of the Al_2O_3-polyacrylamide composites shows the characteristics of abrasive wear mechanism.
