| 摘 要： | 本文主要介绍以工控计算机为核心、用Ａ／Ｄ模块对生产氟塑料制品的高温烧结箱进行数据采集，并通过线性处理、使用数字ＰＩＤ调节器、由Ｄ／Ａ模块输出模拟量控制集成移相调控晶闸管的功率，实现氟塑料制品在热定型工艺中不同温时段升降斜率的控制及实现恒温时段误差在±１．５℃的控制。
