| 摘 要： | 企业信息化系统实施成功率不高一直是业界谈论最多的话题，也是很多企业信息化决策时最为关心的问题。如何提高信息系统的实施成功率，聘请项目监理是一种可行的办法。监理工程师能真正与企业站在一起，帮助企业诊断管理中存在的问题，控制项目的进程与风险，确保项目目标的实现。

| Abstract: | The low rate of enterprise's informatization is the hot topic, which is talked about most by enterprisers, also, it is the top thing we care about in the time of decision. How to improve the rates of implement the information system, the author thinks, engaging a project supervisor is a good way. Project supervisor can stand in the same line with enterprise, help it to diagnose problems in Enterprise's management, control the process and reduce the risk of the project, insure the realization of project successful. |
