摘    要:以价格低廉的天然油脂及其下脚料为原料,制备价廉、界面活性高的烷基羧酸盐表面活性剂。通过相图分析法对阴离子、非离子以及复配的表面活性剂进行一系列筛选,与非离子表面活性剂复配,以水代替有机溶剂,研制农药表面活性剂/水构成的水包油(O/W)型水基化农药微乳剂,开发出廉价、环保的农药微乳液剂型的配方,作出saa/高效氯氰菊酯/正丁醇/水体系的拟三元相图,对配方进行离心稳定性、低温稳定性、热贮稳定性、经时稳定性、pH值等性能研究,该微乳剂满足农药指标各项要求。

Abstract:In this monographic paper,the raw material for preparing natural mixed carboxylates-natutal waste oil and fat,the principles and methods of the beta-cypermethrin microemulsion for composition screening are described.Made saa /beta-cypermethrin / alcohol / water system to ternary phase diagram to identify micro-emulsion region.Then betacypermethrin,microemulsions were introduced,which is the new pesticide formulation.The experimental results of the rate of feed,storage stability and the charactieristic of this formulation showd that is has the advantage of low cost,good effect,stable quality,safety and sociological benefits.
