| 摘 要： | 结合转炉煤气回收风机几次异常振动进行综合诊断分析,从设备、工艺和维护几方面分析可能导致风机振动的因素,提出相应改进措施,以改善风机作业状况、工作环境,从而有效解决风机振动问题,保障风机的稳定运行.

| Abstract: | The abnormal vibration of converter gas reclamation fan for several times is comprehensively examined and possible causes leading to the vibration of fan involving equipments,processes and maintenance are analyzed and counter measures to improve the working conditions and working environment of the fan are put forward.As the results the problem of fan vibration is effectively solved and consistently running of the fan ensured as well. |
