摘    要:为分析市场成员在不同电力市场间的决策行为特征及对市场运营的影响,以紧密耦合、相互影响的多电力市场整体运营为研究对象,从电力交易运营模拟、市场成员决策行为模拟和电网运行模拟三个维度提出电力市场全景实验平台设计。其中,以电力交易运营模拟器实现电力调度交易机构的市场组织、出清和结算,以市场成员行为模拟器实现市场成员决策行为演化,以电网运行模拟器实现市场成员互动下的电网稳态运行模拟,通过考虑全成本回报的市场成员自主决策和动态学习,推演设定市场模式下的市场演变过程,用于多电力商品、多交易周期、多交易方式的电力市场运营模拟与评估、运营技术验证、运营人员实务培训和运营系统功能测试。

Abstract:In order to analyze the behavior of market participants in a cooperating multi-electricity market environment, this paper presents a design of integrated experimental platform for electricity market, which considers the interactional multi-electricity market as a whole and deduces the electricity market evaluation process of predetermined market mode by considering all costs of power production and dynamic bidding strategy learning. The main functions of the platform are performed with simulators, the electricity transaction operation simulator for implementation of dispatching the market organization, clearing, and settlement of the electric power dispatch and transaction organs; the market participant behavior simulator for achieving the evolution of the participant decision-making behavior; the power grid operation simulator for implementation of grid steady-state operation simulation under the interaction of market participants. Platform support mechanism reasoning is set up for multi-product, multi-cycle and multi-transaction mode electricity market, along with technical validation for the market operation system, practical training for market operation, and functional testing for the market operation system.This work is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China(No. 51477157)and State Grid Corporation of China(No. DZN17201500036).
