| 摘 要： | 根据我国南方某地区3年多的煤矿事故统计和现场调查资料,分析了影响该地区煤矿事故多发的时间、环境和管理等因素。通过对地方小煤矿事故深入分析,提出以技术力量雄厚的规模化煤矿带动地方小煤矿,加快资源整合,做好煤矿技术人才引进和职工安全培训工作,加强企业安全生产管理,完善安全生产监督机制等措施,促进地方煤炭工业持续、稳定、健康发展。 |
