淀粉接枝共聚物生物降解塑料的研究

摘    要:以玉米淀粉为原料,进行了淀粉化学改性,偶联,淀粉接枝共聚反应动力学的研究和生物降解塑料的工艺,配方及产品应用研究,并对淀粉接枝共聚物进行SEM观察,显微熔点测定,生物降解试验和ASTM试验。建立了淀粉接枝共聚反应系统,研制成功的淀粉接枝共聚物生物降解塑料综合性能达到国际同类产品水平。

Abstract:Using maize starch as raw materials,the chemical modification and coupling of starch as well as starch graft copolymerization kinetics were researched.The technology,formula and product application of the biodegradable plastics made from the starch graft copolymer were studied.Meanwhile,SEM observation,microfusion determination,biodegradable test and ASTM test on the starch graft copolymer were conducted A Reaction system for maize starch graft copolymer was set up.The biodegradable plastics based on starch graft copolymer have been manufactured successfully.Their comprehensive performances are comparable to foreign products of the same kind.
