摘    要:煤矿生产使用过程中产生大量煤矸石和粉煤灰等废弃物处理不当会造成环境污染,为了降低污染和废物的二次利用,将一定配合比废弃物代替部分水泥和沙石配制出混凝土,进行粉煤灰和煤矸石混凝土抗压强度和抗剪试验,并与普通混凝土进行强度对比和经济效益分析。实验结果表明粉煤灰混凝土和煤矸石混凝土即可以满足强度要求,并且具有施工简单和成本低廉等优点,具有较为广泛应用前景。

Mechanical Property Experiment of Gangue Concrete and Fly Aash Concrete
Abstract:Coal mine production process use a large number of coal gangue and fly ash and other wastes disposal which can cause environmental pollution,in order to reduce the secondary pollution and promote waste utilization,this paper proposed a mixing proportion instead of some cement and stone to makes concrete with fly ash and coal gangue concrete compressive strength and shear test,and compared with normal concrete strength contrast and the analysis of economic benefits.The results show that fly ash concrete and the coal gangue concrete can meet the strength requirement,and has advantages of simple construction and low cost,thus has a wider application prospect.
