光纤液位传感器在乳化液箱中液位检测的应用

摘    要:乳化液箱中的液位传感器能够检测液位高度,将液位信号反馈给液位控制器,从而将保证乳化液泵的安全运行,因而对液位传感器精度和可靠性要求高。基于光纤的消逝场原理,提出了一种U形光纤乳化液液位传感器,介绍了传感器的组成。这种光强调制型光纤传感器结构简单,具有灵敏度高,抗电磁干扰,耐腐蚀的特点,能够实现对乳化液箱中的液位在线检测。

Abstract:The liquid level sensor can detect the height in the emulsion box and transmit the signal to the liquid level controller to make assure the safety operation of the emulsion pump.So high accuracy and reliability should be fit with liquid level sensor.This paper puts forward a optical fiber emulsion liquid level sensor on the basis of the evanescent field absorption of the U-shape optical fiber,introduces the sensor configuration.This light intensity-modulated optical sensor has the characteristics of the simple structure,high sensitivity,anti-electromagnetism interference and corrosion resisting,which can realize the online detection of the liquid level of the emulsion box.
