基于AMESim的安全阀动态仿真研究

摘    要:介绍了FAD160/40型安全阀的结构和工作原理,利用AMESim的元件设计库建立了安全阀的模型,并进行仿真,得到了安全阀工作时的特性曲线。通过分析仿真结果可知合理选取阀口搭合量和弹簧刚度可优化安全阀的动态特性。

Abstract:This paper introduced FAD160/40 type safety valve structure and working principle,the model of safety valve was founded by using AMESim,and some safety valve work characteristic curves were received.Through analysis of simulation results it showed that reasonable selection of valve port volume and spring stiffness could optimize safety valve dynamic characteristics.
