摘    要:论述了用来替代石脑油制氨的炼厂气烯烃加氢饱和和脱硫工艺。对等温法加氧与循环法加氧方案进行了比较,指出采用循环法加氢是可靠稳妥的。分析了双原料操作对合成氨装置的影响,指出了设置ACS先进控制系统的必要性和重要性。

Abstract:This paper expounds hydrogenation process and desulfurization process of refinery gaswhich replaces naphtha to preduce ammonia. Compares is othermal hydrogenation scheme and recyclehydrogenation scheme,and draws the conclusion that the latter is stable and reliable. In addition,analy-ses the influence of two feedstocks operation on the existing ammonia plant.It is pointed out that set-ting the ACS system is necessary and important.
