陶瓷滤料过滤油田污水技术试验研究

摘    要:介绍了新型陶瓷滤料的化学组分和性能,并通过试验验证了其过滤性能,为陶瓷滤料用于油田污水过滤提供了试验依据。在胜利油田辛一污水站进行的中间试验表明,陶瓷滤料具有过滤阻力小、过滤油污和悬浮物效率高、过滤性能稳定、抗污染能力强、再生性能好、使用寿命长等优点,适合油田污水过滤,为设计和改造油田现有过滤器提出新思路。

Abstract:The chemical compound and property of newly developed ceramic material was introduced and was tested by experimental studies.Experimental studies provided experimental basis that the ceramic filter material can be used in oil filters sewage.The pilot test on the Xinyi sewage station of Shengli oilfield shows that ceramic filter material has the advantages of low filtration resistance,more efficient for filtering oil sewages and suspended matters,stable for filtration performance,high antipollution ability,e...
