新型水平井复合射孔枪研究

摘    要:大庆油田水平井通常采用的是φ139.7 mm套管,由于水平段起伏波动造成变形,使得套管内有效内径变小,需要研制一种在102型与89型之间的、适合在φ139.7 mm套管水平井内使用的新型水平井射孔枪。通过枪身材质优选、弹架结构设计、枪身连接结构设计和新型射孔弹开发,研制了新型95水平井射孔枪和新型深穿透射孔弹,平均穿深达到645 mm,比89型水平井射孔枪穿深提高29%,并且能够实现在水平井射孔段内任意方向定向射孔;研制了新型95型水平井复合射孔枪,检测了该枪的安全性能指标,优化出了最佳火药装药量。在大庆油田现场试验证明,新型95型水平井复合射孔枪完全满足水平井复合射孔的需要。

Abstract:At present,51/2″ casing are used in horizontal wells of Daqing oilfield.The effective internal diameter has become small because the casing becomes deformed owing to horizontal section fluctuation.It is very essential to develop a new-type perforating gun in horizontal well for 51/2″ casing.The new-type perforating gun and perforating charge are developed by strict gun body material optimize,physical design of gun carrier,linkage structure design of gun carrier and development of new-type perforating charge.The average perforating depth of new-type perforating gun measures up to above 645 m.It is increased 29% than the perforating depth of 89 type perforating gun.The new-type perforating gun can finish multi-direction oriented perforating at perforated interval of horizontal well.The new-type composite perforating gun is developed and its safety property index is examined.The explosive load is optimized.The successful field experiment of Daqing oilfield confirms that new-type composite perforating gun can meet the requirement of composite perforation of horizontal well.
