摘    要:电弧焊是应用最为广泛的一种焊接方法,没有先进的孤焊电源与设备,要实现先进的焊接工艺和焊接过程自动化是难以办到的.弧焊电流有交流、直流和脉冲3种基本类型,相应的孤焊电源也有交流孤焊电源、直流孤焊电源与脉冲弧焊电源,应根据焊接工艺方法、工作条件和节能要求来选择弧焊电源.

Abstract:Arc welding is one of the most extensively used welding method. It's impossible to realize an advanced welding technology and automatic welding process without advanced welding power sources and facilities. There are three types of currents : AC, DC and pulse. According to its principles and methods, the choice of arc welding power supply depends on its welding technology, working conditions and energysaving needs. The arc welding power sources and its facilities are the main indicators of the development level of arc welding technology.
